Stephen Vitalich Architects designed those beautiful contemporary residences in Venice, Los Angeles. Small modern single-family homes are built on 2 levels each with 3 bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, home office and roof terrace. It's impossible not to notice impressive wooden facade and other wooden features around the house.
All four houses are LEED certified, meeting U.S. Green Building Council criteria for sustainable materials and building practices. Environmentally conscious materials include plantation-grown Western red cedar used as exterior siding. Each residence was originally offered at $1,400,000.
