Victoria 73, a beautiful modern family home designed by SAOTA is located in Cape Town.
Since the main idea was to create a modern family home, architects from SAOTA did their best to make it happen. Living room, kitchen and dinning room were built as single space, open, without walls, and the best part is, huge windows facing the sea. That way sun can light up the entire house most of the day. There's of course amazing modern pool on the edge. The house is strongly influenced by the Californian School of ‘Case Study’ houses.
